Upon graduating from Boston University in 1984 with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, John joined Continental Bank’s equipment leasing division in the workout group. After 15 months, he took a position as a commercial real estate banker with the Freeman Group in Chicago. In 1988, John formed Century Funding Corporation with a partner to provide commercial real estate banking and real estate investment services to third-party real estate developers and investors. After over a decade heading up Century Funding, he joined American Invsco as Chief Investment Officer in 1999 with the primary role of overseeing the acquisition, financing, and ongoing real estate operations of various condominium and mixed-use developments. Under his tenure, the company acquired and developed over $2 billion in real estate projects in several markets. In 2008, John formed CF Capital Holdings LLC with Michael Fish. Since its inception, they have provided asset advisory, management, restructuring, and consultancy services to the condominium development, multifamily rental, and single family “for sale” housing industries. Such services include determining optimum repositioning of assets that had gone insolvent due to the 2008 economic downturn, many of which were condominium conversions that had not sold completely.

Michael graduated from the University of Illinois in 1982 and upon completing his CPA examination, began his career in the audit division of the accounting firm of Deloitte, Haskins and Sells. After two years with the group, he joined VMS Realty Partners, a real estate syndication company. Michael spent six years with the firm, ending his tenure as the Vice President of Partnership Accounting. In 1990, he joined the Pritzker firm as the Chief Accounting Officer. After three years with the firm, Michael took a role as Chief Operating Officer for American Invsco. His primary role with the firm involved the ongoing real estate operations of the various condominium and mixed-use developments as well as overseeing the marketing and brokerage companies. During his 14-year career with the firm, he had been involved with the acquisition and development of over $2 billion in real estate. In October 2008, he partnered with John Cadden to form CF Capital Holdings, LLC. The firm, along with its related companies, provide advisory services, management, restructuring and consulting services to the condominium and multifamily rental industry. Michael has served on over 25 condominium boards in multiple states. He has served in the capacity of President, Vice President, and Treasurer, as well as chaired various committees.

Adam graduated with a BA from St. Xavier University, Chicago in 1999. He joined American Invsco in February 2000, working in their contract closing department. Serving as the liaison for the developer, he coordinated with all parties to complete closing transactions for over 2,000 condominiums and was eventually promoted to Assistant Project manager of a 467 unit high rise apartment conversion. In 2005, he was recruited to join Equity Residential (NYSE: EQR) in its newly formed condominium conversion division as Project Manager. He oversaw all aspects of the process including sales, marketing, construction, and financial modeling of several projects in suburban Chicago and Central Florida. In 2009, Adam joined Rising Tide Auctions and assisted the team in building an online residential real estate auction platform that was eventually acquired by Lender Processing Services, an affiliate of Fidelity National Financial (NYSE: FNF). After the sale, Adam joined two former Equity Residential executives who had formed Randolph Street Realty Capital. He oversaw the Chicago operations for their property management platform, Calibrate Management. During his time there, he assisted in the successful acquisition and disposition of several condominium deconversion projects in metro Chicago. Adam is a licensed broker in Florida and Illinois and proudly serves as a commissioner on the planning and zoning commission of his hometown, Geneva, Illinois.
