According to the report, Florida has the second most community associations in the U.S.
With a research study published by the Foundation for Community Association Research finding that 27% of the U.S. population lives in a community association, more Americans live in community associations than ever before. Community associations or planned communities are the collective name for homeowners associations, condominium communities, and housing cooperatives.
